My classes are about focus and breath, developing mind/body awareness and taking time to relax.
All my yoga classes are streamed online via zoom so you can join us from the comfort of your own home. All you need to take part is a wifi signal, and a tablet/smartphone or computer (plus your yoga mat!).
Yoga is for everyone and it is about so much more than flexibility! It’s about working with and becoming aware of our own body, opening it up and stretching it out. Yoga helps us develop body awareness so that we are more fully aware of our own experience.
