Our yoga classes are currently being live-streamed online due to coronavirus. All you need to take part is a wifi signal, and a tablet/smartphone or computer. I'm looking for a studio for our Thursday class to return to and will update soon!

Yoga is for everyone and it is about so much more than flexibility! It’s about working with and becoming aware of our own body, opening it up and stretching it out. Yoga helps us develop body awareness so that we are more fully aware of our own experience.
