Yoga for Health

Yoga can be beneficial to everyone and can be especially good for helping to manage the symptoms of health conditions and the side effects of treatment.  I have specialist qualifications to work with people who have various health conditions including Cancer and Multiple Sclerosis.

I teach group classes for people with limited mobility online every Thursday at 11-11.45am. These classes are chair based and the exercises will include some seated and some standing exercises.  You must be able to stand up from a chair unaided and stand (with an aid is fine) to take part.  We will use the back of the chair for balance and stability whilst practicing our standing exercises.
