Yoga for Health

Yoga can be beneficial to everyone and can be especially good for helping to manage the symptoms of health conditions and the side effects of treatment.  I have specialist qualifications to work with people who have various health conditions including Cancer and Multiple Sclerosis.  I like to work with people on a one-one basis so that we can focus on the postures most suitable for you, so if you are interested in private yoga classes and have a health condition please get in touch and we can discuss the way forward.

I teach group classes for people with limited mobility at Edinburgh Leisure.  These classes are chair based and the exercises will include some seated and some standing exercises.  You must be able to stand up from a chair unaided and stand without aid to take part.  We will use the back of the chair for balance and stability whilst practicing our standing exercises.

Until further notice the below classes are cancelled due to coronavirus. Please join me online every Thursday, 2-245pm for chair-based yoga, streamed live on Zoom. Only £5.
