NEW IN-PERSON CLASS IN BROMLEY starting 10 September

8.15-9.15pm Wednesdays, Hatha Flow Yoga at Chantry Studios, 20 Chantry Lane, Bromley, BR2 9QL

Mid-week can often feel like a balancing act, but Wind-Down Wednesday Hatha Flow is your chance to press pause and reconnect. This grounding class blends slow-flowing mindful movement with some longer-held yoga poses (asanas), designed to release tension and restore harmony to body and mind.

We focus on breath, alignment, and awareness while moving through a series of poses that invite relaxation and ease. Each session is thoughtfully crafted to help you find your centre—whether you’re winding down after a busy day or simply seeking a peaceful space to reconnect with yourself.

Let go of the busyness of the week and step into a calming rhythm, as we flow through poses with intention and mindfulness. This class is for all levels and is perfect for those looking to unwind, restore, and nourish their body, mind, and spirit.

7-8pm Thursdays Hatha Flow Yoga (ONLINE VIA ZOOM)

Book your class here, then join us via Zoom (download the app onto your tablet/smartphone or use the website on a computer/laptop). I’ll send you the meeting code 30minutes before the class starts (make sure you sign up an hour before the class!). You just click the link and join the class – easy!

My classes are aimed at developing body awareness so that you can find out for yourself how you move as well as develop strength and flexibility.  We do a guided relaxation at the end.  The classes are for those wishing to develop strength, flexibility, mindfulness and calm.

Prices

Prices differ for in-person and online classes. All “in-person” class passes can be used for in-person and online classes. “Online” class passes can only be used for online classes.

With the “four classes in a month” pass (AKA “the weekly yogi”), all four classes must be taken within a month of the start date of the pass. This option is popular with those wishing to attend one class a week.

The monthly pass (AKA “the dedicated yogi”) gives you access to all my classes for a month from the start date of the pass. This option is popular with those who wish to attend more than one class a week as it greatly reduced the cost per class.

Private yoga lessons

If  you want more attention and focus on your own practice or if you work shifts and can’t make a regular class, why not consider private lessons?  Please email me for more details and reasonable prices.

 

 

Class information

You’ll need a yoga mat for the class. It is also good to have a blanket for sitting on and to keep you warm during relaxation.

Wear comfy clothes that allow you to stretch.

You always have permission to rest and relax during the class.  If something doesn’t feel right, don’t do it.  Ease out of pain.  Work with your body-mind and respect your own limits. Remember, your body is your responsibility! Please treat it with love and care and respect its limits.
