Progressive Muscle Relaxation

In this ten minute recording, I will guide you to relax all your muscles, leaving you feeling calm and relaxed. Throughout the day we develop a tension in our muscles from the way we sit and move. This can become a pattern and, if we don’t relax, our muscles become more and more tense. In this recording, I will guide you to relax the different muscles in your body, tensing and then releasing them. By the end, you will feel more relaxed and much more calm.
