Yoga is our chance to press pause and reconnect. My grounding classes blend slow-flowing mindful movement with some longer-held yoga poses (asanas), designed to release tension and restore harmony to body and mind.
We focus on breath, alignment, and awareness while moving through a series of poses that invite relaxation and ease.
Each session is thoughtfully crafted to help you find your centre—whether you’re winding down after a busy day or simply seeking a peaceful space to reconnect with yourself.
Let go of the busyness of the week and step into a calming rhythm, as we flow through poses with intention and mindfulness. These classes are for all levels and are perfect for those looking to unwind, restore, and nourish their body, mind, and spirit.
Beginners 6-week course
This six-week course offers a supportive and welcoming space to learn yogic breathing, the foundational yoga poses, and how to relax.
Each week, we’ll explore foundational techniques at a steady pace, helping you develop body awareness, improve mobility, and discover the joy of movement.
Whether you’re brand new or returning after a break, this course will leave you feeling grounded, energised, and relaxed.
Jan 7 – Feb 11 (Weds 8.15-9.15pm)
