About me

My approach to yoga is rooted in creating a safe, supportive environment where you can explore your physicality with both awareness and compassion.

From my training as an allied health professional, I bring a deep understanding of anatomy and the way the body moves to my yoga practice. I encourage good alignment balanced with acceptance of how each individual’s body moves and expresses a yoga pose.  

In my classes, I weave together poetry, intention, movement and breathwork to help guide you inward. Each practice is thoughtfully themed to invite introspection and encourage a deeper connection with your body and your inner self.
